The first serviceman was very professional. My daughter was here for the second serviceman. I was not so I am going by what she said (she is 34) The second one That visited on Friday needed a trash bag from us To dispose of the dead mice and peanut butter and knife to set the new traps. I had to throw out my peanut butter after that. I did not know that I needed to provide this or I would have been prepared. I don’t know what to put for the ratings because the first visit was great but the second was not.
